Meet Juan

I was born and raised in Puerto Rico and now live in New York City. Growing up in the Catholic faith, I followed church teachings closely, but early on, I had spiritual experiences—channeling messages, seeing through people, and connecting with angelic entities—that didn’t align with those beliefs. As I grew up, I began questioning the guilt and fear I was taught, realizing that true healing and transformation come from within.

By embracing energy healing, mindfulness, and spiritual growth, I took responsibility for my own journey, stepping away from limiting beliefs that no longer served me.

Part of my formation has been shaped by transformative learning experiences, including participating in the Search Inside Yourself Program created by Google, studying at Eckhart Tolle’s School of Awakening, and engaging with programs at Unstruck Sound NYC and Manuela River del Prete. I’ve also deepened my expertise through the European Institute of Positive Psychology in Spain.

I’ve walked a path of deep learning and healing. I’ve faced challenges that I’m grateful for, as they’ve taught me invaluable lessons that I now share with others. My approach is not about quick fixes or magic prescriptions—it’s about crafting a roadmap based on your unique needs. Together, we’ll peel back the layers of personas and beliefs you’ve accumulated, allowing you to rediscover your true self and move forward with clarity, peace, and purpose.
